Real people, accurate listings, respectful contact.
These rules apply to listings, profiles, photos, videos, stories, messages, offers and reviews. Use Report or Block in the native app or website when another user or item violates them.
Be accurate
Use current, truthful titles, prices, locations and condition details. Publish only items you may legally offer and media you may legally use. Do not create duplicates, fake scarcity, false verification or misleading AI-generated claims.
Be respectful
No harassment, hate, discrimination, threats, sexual exploitation, stalking, intimidation, doxxing or unwanted contact. Do not misuse a buyer’s or seller’s contact data.
Keep transactions safe
Inspect the item, verify relevant documents, keep evidence, and refuse advance-fee fraud, fake courier links, QR-code payments, cryptocurrency pressure, remote-access requests and people pretending to be lolo Market staff.
Prohibited content
Tobacco, vape and nicotine products; illegal drugs, controlled substances, cannabis and prescription medicines; firearms, ammunition, weapons and explosives; pornography, explicit sexual content and sexual services; gambling services; alcoholic beverages; unsafe or recalled goods; protected-species trafficking; forged documents; personal-data sales; phishing; malware; money laundering, fraud and illegal services are prohibited. A seller licence does not override this platform rule.
Reporting and blocking
Reports must be factual and in good faith. Blocking stops direct contact from that account. Safety reviewers may preserve the minimum evidence needed, limit content or accounts, and escalate valid legal orders.
Decisions and appeals
We provide a reason for material moderation action where possible. The affected user may appeal through the local secure request form. Appeals should be reviewed independently of the original decision where practical.
