A marketplace between people—not a shop selling its own goods.
These international principles apply alongside the country terms presented when you register. By creating an account, you confirm that you can legally use the service, provide accurate information, and accept the current Terms and Privacy Notice.
Platform role
lolo Market hosts classified listings and communication tools. Independent users own, sell and buy the goods. lolo Market is not the seller, does not take title to goods, and is not a party to the direct user contract.
Accounts
Protect your credentials, use one truthful identity, verify your email, and keep profile information current. Impersonation, credential sharing, automation abuse, scraping, spam and unauthorized data collection are prohibited.
Listings and media
You must have the right to list the item and publish every photo, video, story, caption and music track. Describe price, condition, defects and commercial status accurately. Contact details belong in the controlled visibility fields, not public titles or descriptions.
Moderation
Listings and media may be reviewed before publication and later restricted, rejected, archived or removed for safety, policy or law. Reports, sanctions and appeals are audited. A paid promotion never bypasses moderation.
Promotions
Standard listing and direct contact remain free. Optional Urgent and Top-position services last for the displayed period after a successful purchase. Native-app promotions use Apple in-app purchase where required; web promotions use the method displayed on the website.
User transactions
Users agree price, inspection, payment, delivery, returns, taxes and warranties directly. Never treat a lolo Market message or badge as a guarantee. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply when a professional trader sells to a consumer.
Termination and deletion
You may delete your account in the app or website. We may suspend access for fraud, danger, repeated violations or legal requirements. Narrow security, transaction, moderation and legal records may remain when law or legitimate protection requires it.
Availability and liability
We use reasonable security and reliability measures but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or verify every user and item. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Local mandatory law and the country-specific terms control where they provide additional protection. Review them on Romania, France, or Serbia. Use Support for questions or appeals.
