Intellectual property
Publish only media and descriptions you may legally use.
Sellers retain ownership of their content while granting lolo Market the limited technical rights needed to store, moderate, format and display it. The lolo Market brand, interface and original platform assets remain protected.
Before publishing
Use your own photos, videos, descriptions and audio, or keep clear permission and licence evidence. A track labelled free still requires terms that allow the intended commercial or user-generated-content use.
Report infringement
Use the relevant market’s secure support form. Identify the protected work, the exact listing or media URL, your authority to act, contact details, and a good-faith statement. Do not submit passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
Review and counter-notice
We may limit disputed content while reviewing a complete notice. The uploader may provide permission or a counter-explanation. Repeat or deliberate infringement may lead to account restrictions.
Music catalogue
Only rights-cleared tracks with retained evidence may appear in seller tools. The app must not imply that third-party music is copyright-free merely because it is downloadable or free of charge.
